You will manage talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning and engagement initiatives across multiple teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, coaching leaders and driving change to deliver business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience partnering with business leaders.
• Experience supporting a Supply Chain business is a plus.
• Experience managing labor plans in high-volume operations.
• Proven track record in talent management and leadership development.
• Experience designing employee engagement initiatives based on data.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation skills and change management ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor using data and trends to solve people issues.
• Support leaders in creating inclusive environments.
• Identify people priorities and aggregate themes.
• Lead learning, talent and compensation activities with SMEs.
• Develop and execute talent strategy including succession planning.
• Proactively optimize organization structure and workforce composition.
• Provide leadership coaching and feedback.
• Manage and drive multiple HR programs across divisions.
• Build capability through change and network-wide projects.
