Job summary

Tate Americas, based in Red Lion, PA, is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with managers and employees across the lifecycle. Approximately half the time will focus on talent acquisition and the rest on HR operations, relations, performance, and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a proactive HR mindset, strong recruiting skills, and the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience with significant recruiting responsibility.
• Experience with HRIS (UKG) and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Partner with managers to define workforce needs and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage onboarding.
• Administer HR programs, performance reviews, and recognition initiatives.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and data accuracy in HRIS.
