Job summary

Tate Americas, a key business within Kingspan Data Solutions, is seeking an HR Generalist in the United States. The role splits evenly between Talent Acquisition and core HR operations to support employee lifecycle, engagement, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive HR experience, strong recruiting skills across levels, knowledge of HRIS (UKG) and ATS, and ability to partner with managers to drive people initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting responsibility.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels and functions.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations processes.
• Experience working with HRIS (UKG) and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Administer HR programs including performance reviews and employee recognition.
• Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data for decision-making.
• Support training and organizational change initiatives.
