Job summary

Tate is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and compliance across the organization. The role will execute HR processes, support employees and managers, and maintain accurate HR data and documentation.

Success means consistent HR service delivery and aligned with company policies. The position involves onboarding/offboarding, recruitment coordination, and collaboration with HR leadership to ensure compliant, efficient processes across

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in human resources or related support roles.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, HR operations, and recruiting processes.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data management.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse employee populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee relations activities including issue resolution, documentation, and policy interpretation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist managers with performance management processes including documentation and coaching support.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a consistent employee experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
  • Support recruiting activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure completion of required employment documentation.
  • Assist with workforce planning activities and staffing support as directed by HR leadership.
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate records within HR systems.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support efficient and effective hiring processes.
  • Administer HR processes including employee records, data entry, and documentation management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support reporting requirements for HR metrics.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests as needed.
  • Support benefits administration and employee program coordination activities.

About The Role

The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations by administering employee relations, HR programs, and compliance activities across the organization. The role is responsible for executing HR processes, supporting employees and managers, and maintaining accurate HR data and documentation. What You’ll Do

Additional Expectations
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You’ll Bring
