Job summary

Tate Americas, a Kingspan Data Solutions business, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at the site level and align people strategies with business goals.

You will partner with site leadership to drive talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, and a high-performance culture across manufacturing and operations. This role requires 6–10 years of HR experience and a bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including direct support of site leadership.
  • Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Ability to coach and influence leaders in operational or manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems, reporting, and workforce analytics.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems and reporting tools.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

  • Coach leaders on employee engagement, communication, and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, programs, and processes across the site.
  • Oversee HRIS usage, reporting, and data accuracy to support business insights.
  • Support People Passionate reporting and workforce metrics tracking.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

About The Role

The Senior Human Resources Manager leads HR operations at the site level, ensuring effective execution of people strategies aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with site leadership to drive employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning. The position ensures consistent HR practices, supports leadership capability, and drives a high-performance culture.

Additional Expectations
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You’ll Bring
