• Develop, analyze, and maintain reports and metrics to inform business decisions and workforce planning.
• Coordinate Mid-Year (MY) and End-of-Year (EOY) performance and talent management cycles.
• Serve as a key contributor on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and ecosystem partners to drive and implement business priorities.
• Monitor trends, analyze data, and provide insights to support organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Assist in process improvements and change management efforts to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
