PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner Associate based in Pittsburgh, PA, to support the Retail Distribution HR team with tools, resources, and reporting for workforce planning.

As a HR Business Partner Associate within PNC's Business Partners organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role serves as a key contributor to strategic initiatives, reporting, and annual talent processes while collaborating across HR and business partners to advance organizational priorities. This person will be a partner with the Retail Distribution HR team to ensure branch teams have the tools, resources, and support needed to drive business success.

Analyzes HR information and provides regular management reports. Utilizes standard tools and systems to more effectively manage employee populations and personnel costs. Prepares, reviews, and analyzes a variety of HR information, data, and reports. Provides solutions and makes business recommendations and presentations based on findings. Coordinates human resources initiatives within the organization and acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary. Supports the implementation, maintenance and communication of the organization's human resource programs, policies and processes. Serves as the point of contact on various HR systems and processes to support the line of business through various HR initiatives and projects, including but not limited to position management, requisition support, and organizational design.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
