You will engage with cross-functional stakeholders and drive talent processes across the organization. The role emphasizes analytical reporting, strategic partnership with business leaders, and process improvement to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Distribution HR team by providing tools, resources, and operational support to branch teams.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain reports and metrics to inform business decisions and workforce planning.
• Coordinate and support Mid-Year (MY) and End-of-Year (EOY) performance and talent management cycles.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and ecosystem partners to drive and implement business priorities.
• Monitor trends, analyze data, and provide insights to support organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
