Job summary

Quanta Government Solutions (QISG) in Houston, TX seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to align people strategy with EPC project delivery. You will staff projects, manage employee relations, and ensure safety, compliance, and productivity across office and field environments.

You will partner with leadership to staff, retain critical talent, and navigate complex employee relations while applying HR data-driven insights to drive better project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in EPC/construction/energy/project-driven environments preferred.
• Experience handling complex employee relations, investigations, performance management and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary HR advisor to operations leaders on workforce planning for projects.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition on forecasting staffing for project awards and timelines.
• Advises managers on coaching, performance, discipline and conflict resolution; leads investigations.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and contractor requirements.
• Drives retention, engagement, leadership development, onboarding and mobility across dispersed project sites.
