Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategy with project delivery in an EPC environment. You will staff projects, retain talent, manage employee relations, and ensure safe, compliant, productive teams across office and field settings.

You will partner with leadership to design organizations, mobilize resources, forecast staffing, and support mobility. Strong knowledge of employment law and HRIS tools is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; HR experience may substitute.
• 4+ years progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Prior EPC/construction energy experience preferred.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance management.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed, multi-site or project-mobilized workforce.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the strategic HR advisor to operations leaders on project staffing and mobility.
• Lead or consult on organizational design, project mobilization/demobilization, and succession planning.
• Utilize workforce data (turnover, overtime, fill time) to identify risks and drive actions.
• Advise on compensation structures, per diem, and travel-pay practices; support performance reviews.
