Job summary

Banner Engineering is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with our Operations objectives, supporting workforce planning, leadership development, engagement, retention, and performance across manufacturing, warehousing, Quality, Engineering, and other functions.

The role requires visible, hands-on partnership with leaders and employees, proactive problem solving, and driving HR initiatives that enable business success in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with leaders at all levels.
• Strong employee relations, investigation, and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and primary HR partner for assigned Operations functions.
• Build relationships with employees and leaders to maintain a visible HR presence.
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, structure, forecasting, and talent pipeline development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and development.
