Job summary

Fontaine Modification Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to deliver HR leadership across two manufacturing facilities, including the corporate headquarters. You will advise leaders, foster a high-performance culture, and champion talent development under the HQ-based HR Director.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field with 5+ years of manufacturing HR experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and a strategic mindset to align HR with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing.
• Regulatory knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory to business leaders with data-driven insights.
• Partner with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Drive change management and organizational design initiatives.
• Lead talent management, coaching, and DEI initiatives.
• Oversee HR analytics, governance, and compliance.
