Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions seeks an accomplished HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with our operations leaders and drive a high-performance culture in our Houston and Fort Worth branches. The role focuses on employee relations, policy compliance, and strategic talent management to support business goals.

You will partner with department heads, monitor workforce trends, and contribute to competitive salary structures and benefits programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of overall HR experience, including 3+ years in a business partner role.
Experience in manufacturing, sales, or corporate environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
Proven organizational development and talent management experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building across levels.
Bilingual English/Spanish and HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) are a plus.
