Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of HR experience including at least 2 years of generalist experience.
• Manufacturing plant/Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR business partner aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness through design, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
• Provide expert coaching on performance management, employee development, organizational change, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
• Lead the implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistency and business alignment.
• Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Support and lead change management initiatives, ensuring successful business transformations while maintaining employee engagement.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, risk mitigation, and compliance, with strong expertise in California employment law.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performing workplace and contribute to cross‑functional projects that improve HR service delivery and organizational effectiveness.
