Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Senior Director of HR Operations to lead a strategic transformation of HR into a scalable, data-driven partner for the business. You will oversee HR systems, process optimization, and service delivery, ensuring global compliance and high employee experience across the enterprise.

The role requires 15+ years in HR operations with 5+ years in senior leadership, deep Workday expertise, and a track record of driving automation and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, or HR Shared Services.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a global organization.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Background in AI-driven HR solutions, automation, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR Operations that aligns with business priorities.
• Lead initiatives to streamline, automate, and standardize HR processes to reduce inefficiencies.
• Transform HR operations into a data-driven advisory function for leaders with actionable insights.
• Ensure HR processes are scalable, globally compliant, and integrated across platforms like Workday.
• Oversee HR technology strategy and cross-system integration with IT and HR teams.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of new HR technologies to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Build a best-in-class HR service delivery model with strong governance and data accuracy.
