Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to design and execute end-to-end recruitment plans for a variety of professional roles. You will own full-cycle recruiting, lead internship programs, and partner with hiring managers to align talent profiles with business goals.

You will source actively, screen candidates, and guide interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting in manufacturing.
• Experience with Workday Recruit ATS.
• Strong sourcing and LinkedIn/Boolean skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end recruitment plans for assigned positions.
• Lead internship and early career recruiting initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal talent profiles.
• Create role-based interview guides and assessment criteria.
• Source and manage candidates through the recruitment cycle.
• Pre-screen and interview applicants against requirements.
• Schedule interviews with managers and interview teams.
• Facilitate decision meetings and document outcomes.
• Monitor offers and align expectations with compensation practices.
• Manage pre-employment and onboarding processes.
• Partner with agencies and colleges to attract talent.
• Execute diverse sourcing searches across channels.
• Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and ATS tools.
