Job summary

CareSource is seeking an HR Business Partner III to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and organizational culture. You will guide leadership, support succession planning, and ensure a high-performing work environment across the organization.

Responsibilities include advising executives, collaborating with HR COEs, and monitoring employment laws to protect the business while driving people outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership or related field required.
• Five (5) years of strategic HR Business Partner experience required.
• Experience in organizational design, managing change, and influencing executives.
• Ability to travel to Bronx office location as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and guide strategic goals.
• Partner with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards).
• Analyze engagement data and trends to propose improvements.
• Promote cross-department collaboration and information sharing.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
