Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field; four years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compensation, classification, employee relations and legal requirements.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Act as a strategic partner to department leaders, fostering strong relationships and improving morale and retention.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends, inform planning, and support recruitment and workforce strategies.
• Interpret and advise on HR policies; ensure consistent application and compliance.
• Support organizational change, restructuring, and process improvements.
• Work with departments to identify development needs and deliver coaching and growth plans.
• Provide consultative support on job classification, compensation strategies, and market alignment.
• Contribute to enhancement of HR programs and ensure seamless service delivery between units.
• Independently manage HR-related projects aligned with university priorities.
