Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive professional HR experience, incl. at least two (2) years in a core HR function or as an HR Generalist/HRBP.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a hospital or academic medical center.
• Experience advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Consults with managers and leaders to provide timely HR guidance aligned with policies and business needs.
• Analyzes workforce trends to identify needs and suggest practical solutions and process improvements.
• Partners with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation on staffing, classification, and retention.
• Takes ownership of HR issues and initiatives coordinating with Finance, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and other HR teams.
• Coaches leaders on communication, feedback, documentation, and leadership practices to promote accountability and growth.
