Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years progressively responsible Human Resources generalist experience, including a minimum of five (5) years prior related HR generalist leadership or HR Business Partner role experience.
• Experience working with Executive/Senior level leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of HR and HR business partner functions and department processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to develop and execute short- and long-term HR strategies.
• Provide HR advice and support to assigned business verticals to ensure flawless execution of HR practices.
• Translate business goals into actionable HR objectives and ensure alignment with budgets and priorities.
