Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of HR data analysis and reporting in healthcare, hospital, or academic medical center.
• Experience with HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and analyzes HCM data and processes employee transactions.
• Creates, audits, and distributes workforce reports for internal and external use.
• Reviews HCM data for integrity and compliance with controls.
• Gathers data for third‑party surveys and reporting requirements.
• Develops and implements HR policies, SOPs, and administrative processes.
• Provides HR guidance to employees and management and coaches staff.
• Supports change management and organizational communications.
• Participates in projects and mentors HR colleagues.
