Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin’s Dell Medical School is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to enhance HR services and operations, focusing on data management, reporting, and policy improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required.
• At least 3 years of experience in performing business analysis and reporting in human resources in a hospital, health system, academic medical center, or health-related institution.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains accurate employee and workforce data within the HCM system, including processing employee transactions in compliance with policies.
• Creates, audits, and distributes workforce reports to support decision-making and business case development.
• Reviews HCM databases and reporting outputs to ensure data integrity and internal controls.
• Gathers, compiles, and validates workforce data for third-party surveys and reporting requirements.
