Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience, including 2–3 years as HRBP or similar role.
• Experience advising leaders on employee relations and performance issues.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and anti-discrimination requirements.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or dispersed employees.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor to regional and corporate leadership teams.
• Identify workforce challenges and opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives aligned with Growth strategy.
• Use metrics to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Coach managers on people management practices and succession planning.
