Job summary

Conga is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Contractor) for our Houston team. You will support headcount planning, employee relations, and the full HR lifecycle, while advising line managers and driving people strategies to sustain growth.

You’ll collaborate with management and partners across HR functions to ensure compliant, effective practices and a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR business partner and/or HR generalist roles.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and ability to contribute to organizational success.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring talent plans support current and future needs.
• Drive talent processes including workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Coach managers on employee relations, team dynamics, organizational design, and talent management best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance & Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans and workforce planning.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
