Our client in Houston, TX seeks a experienced Bilingual HR Director to lead HR strategy and operations across the organization. You will partner with leadership to align workforce planning, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations with business goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing payroll and benefits, talent acquisition, policy development, compliance, and driving engagement and culture initiatives while mentoring managers and ensuring adherence to federal

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; able to train and coach across all levels.
• Payroll, Excel, and HRIS proficiency.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and operations across the organization.
• Oversee payroll, benefits and FMLA administration.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement policies, performance management and succession planning.
• Advise management on employee relations and investigations.
• Develop engagement and culture initiatives; drive retention.
