This role requires strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze workforce data to guide decisions. SHRM certifications are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience in generalist/HRBP roles.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to support organizational performance and growth.
• Provide HR services including recruitment, onboarding, compensation communication, and performance management.
• Manage employee relations matters with investigations and escalation when needed.
• Lead talent management initiatives and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics and advise on organizational design and change management.
