Job summary

HP in the United States is seeking a senior HR leader to partner with upper management and shape roadmaps for HR programs. You will drive operational and strategic alignment, mentor teams, and coordinate with expertise centers to design innovative solutions across the organization.

You will influence policy, lead complex analyses, and guide cross-functional teams on global HR initiatives, ensuring effective execution and ongoing people strategy improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience in architecture, change initiatives, or workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with top management to drive HR programs.
• Act as senior adviser in strategy development, policy, and implementation.
• Performs highly complex HR analyses to meet objectives.
• Collaborates with centers of expertise to meet business needs.
