OpenEye is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders and employees across the company. You will support HR initiatives, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness as part of a team with a Senior HRBP.

The role covers performance management, employee relations, talent development, leadership coaching, recruiting support, and workforce planning. A flexible hybrid schedule and a focus on culture will be key as OpenEye scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist role.
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders at various levels.
• Knowledge of core HR practices, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational support.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt effectively in a changing environment.
• Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner by providing tailored guidance, coaching, and support to leaders and employees across the organization.
• Build strong, trusted relationships throughout the organization to understand business priorities, team dynamics, and operational challenges.
• Support organizational change initiatives by helping leaders and teams navigate transitions effectively and thoughtfully.
• Provide HR expertise and guidance in areas including performance management, employee relations, talent development, leadership coaching, and workforce planning.
• Proactively identify team and leadership development opportunities and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Guide managers through employee relations matters with professionalism, consistency, and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HR Operations, and other cross-functional partners to deliver effective HR solutions and programs.
• Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee experience, and alignment across teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Perform additional HR-related responsibilities as needed.
