Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible Human Resource experience, preferably in employee and labor relations, with emphasis on healthcare or human service organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related discipline is required or equivalent HR experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Must be a strong relationship developer and effective in negotiations, facilitation and consulting within a growth-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Consults with clients to develop and implement effective HR programs, policies and initiatives.
• Partners in development and execution of client-specific and organizational business plans and strategies.
• Coaches and trains leaders to achieve operational and strategic HR objectives.
• Interprets HR policies, procedures, and practices for leadership and employees.
• May perform recruitment or related duties at the assigned affiliate hospital.
