Job summary

CertaSite is seeking an HR Manager to lead core HR practices across a fast-growing, multi-location organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, guiding employment decisions, investigations, and policy interpretation.

You will partner with APi HR resources to implement practical, scalable solutions, support compensation and benefits programs, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in human resources, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with broad responsibilities across employee relations, performance, comp & benefits, policies, leaves, and compliance.
• PHR/SHRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR advisor to leaders and team members on workplace concerns and employment matters.
• Coach managers through complex employee situations and support investigations.
• Provide guidance on separations and other employment decisions with proper documentation and consistency.
• Identify trends like turnover and suggest practical solutions.
• Manage and improve performance management and annual reviews.
• Partner with leadership development and APi HR resources to address needs.
