Job summary

CertaSite, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead core HR practices across a fast-growing, multi-location organization. You will advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance while partnering with APi resources.

The role emphasizes practical, business-oriented HR solutions, policy development, and organizational growth within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational leadership, or related field.
• 5-7 years progressive HR experience across employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, policies, leaves, and compliance.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or other HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor to leaders and team members on workplace concerns and employment matters.
• Coach managers through complex employee situations; support investigations and actions.
• Guide separations and other employment decisions with proper documentation.
• Identify turnover trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Support performance management practices and annual reviews.
• Assist with compensation decisions, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and handbook across locations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and risk management.
• Partner with APi HR resources for enterprise capabilities and growth.
