Job summary

Houston Methodist Continuing Care Hospital seeks an experienced Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to guide human capital initiatives and align HR strategy with business goals. This role serves as the primary HR leader for assigned client groups, delivering data-driven insights and change management support to drive performance and culture.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree with eight years in HR, seven of which involve HR program design. Advanced certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Eight years HR experience with at least seven in HR programs.
• Experience in workforce planning and change management.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and goals.
• Advise executives on people strategy, restructures and workforce planning.
• Develop and consult on change management and HR programs.
• Partner with system executives and departments to drive performance.
