Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly encouraged and strongly preferred.
• Eight years as an HR professional in a progressive environment with at least seven years designing and implementing HR programs.
• Experience in workforce planning and influencing leaders; client-focused HR consultation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with system Executives and department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide guidance on change management initiatives and organizational development.
• Lead and facilitate HR initiatives across multiple teams and units.
• Develop and communicate HR strategies to influence business performance.
