Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain or high-volume distribution.
  • Experience advising on HR policy, investigations, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and NJ regulations, with ability to navigate a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with logistics leadership to shape people strategies and organizational performance.
  • Lead Talent Management processes including performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs in U.S. logistics and warehouse operations.
