You will drive talent management, workforce planning, and employee development in a dynamic, union and non-union environment.

The role requires 5+ years of HR leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and PHR/SPHR certification preferred. This position offers a strong compensation plan, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of generalist HR leadership experience.

• Labor relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support union and non-union staff in the designated departments and field locations; ensure HR compliance from legal and policy perspectives.
• Collaborate with management to design and implement talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and compensation initiatives aligned with location needs and company goals.
• Facilitate leadership development and key talent retention efforts including performance management, coaching, and rewards.
