Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an HR Manager to serve as an internal business partner, delivering comprehensive HR programs, initiatives, and solutions to field operations sites of about 450 employees. You will be a member of the HR leadership team providing strategic and tactical human resources support.

Responsibilities include partnering with management on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, coaching and retention, and ensuring HR compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Labor relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Define talent management needs and design HR programs aligning with location goals.
