Comcast Spectacor, based in Philadelphia, seeks an experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for a diverse, event-driven workforce. This role drives alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, supervises recruitment, labor relations, compliance, benefits, and compensation, and supports fast-paced operations.

The ideal candidate will lead in building trusted relationships, navigate CBAs, and manage sensitive employee matters with integrity.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in event-driven or hospitality settings.
• Experience working in a unionized environment with CBAs and labor relations practices.
• Strong communication and executive presence with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR Business Partner to leaders managing part-time and event-based staff.
• Collaborate with union representatives and administer CBAs and grievance processes.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for event-based employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Investigate complex employee relations matters and provide recommendations.
• Partner with Payroll to resolve pay-related issues for event staff and union workers.
