Job summary

You will guide recruitment, compensation, and performance management, ensure policy compliance, and advise on hiring, leave management, and employee relations.

The role collaborates with ORUs and DOE, supporting onboarding/offboarding and HR analytics. Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field with at least five years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• Five years of experience in human resources functions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism in interpersonal relations, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Staffing projections and recruitment strategies, applicant tracking, and compensation analysis.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and advise on policy compliance.
• Monitor timekeeping, leave balances, and affiliate assignments.
• Serve as SME on research positions, provide HR guidance to departments.
• Support employee relations, training, and HR projects.
