Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in human resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Staffing projections, recruitment strategies, applicant tracking, compensation analysis, and managing assignments for students, staff, and affiliates.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, and interpret policy to enhance efficiency.
• Advise on recruitment policies, compliance, and provide strategic HR guidance to leadership.
• Support timekeeping, leave management, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Provide training, resources, and SME support for HR functions across departments.
