Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in MBA or related field.
• Four (4) years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience as determined by HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and support across disciplines.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop solutions and policies.
• Coach, counsel, and develop employees; address disciplinary actions.
• Monitor compliance with collective bargaining agreements and regulations; evaluate HR programs.
• Lead investigations and provide guidance on employee relations and contract administration.
• Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning; work with compensation on market analyses.
• Partner with HR recruiters on staffing, interview processes, and selection; support social media strategies.
• Conduct organizational studies and data collection for project reports; may lead HR projects.
• Coordinate cross-training and provide technical HR training as directed.
• Participate in committees and stay current with HR trends and innovations.
• Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues and records.
