Job summary

Flexjet LLC seeks a Human Resources Business Partner – Cabin Servers to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive a high-performance culture. You will collaborate with the Owner Experience team, provide data-driven insights, and work under the VP of Human Resources.

You will guide performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with laws and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in an HR-related field with benefits and international regulations knowledge.
• Deep understanding of Cabin Server role, expectations and opportunities.
• Experience with HRIS systems and modern tech platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Canva, Claude).
• Working knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, diversity and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drives collaboration on HR activities, policies, processes and annual strategy with Cabin Server leadership.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance, coaching and career development.
• Support change management; guide leaders through organizational transitions and growth.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, EDA and Benefits to deliver cohesive HR programs.
• Address employee relations, investigations and disciplinary events with HR leadership.
• Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning for business units.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Ensure HR policies align with employment laws and best practices; analyze trends to propose solutions.
