The HRBP will coach, guide, and influence line management on performance, policy interpretation, and workforce planning while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. 8+ years of experience required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management.
