Job summary

Hexagon Agility is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and performance management for North America. Reporting to the Vice President Finance, you will partner with executive leadership and operational teams to drive strategic decisions and allocate capital.

Your role accelerates the evolution of our finance organization through advanced analytics, automation and BI-enabled insights. This position is office-based in Salisbury, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a multi-site environment.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI or similar analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Serve as the finance business partner to executive leadership and operational management.
• Build advanced driver-based models to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Lead financial performance management across North American operations.
• Drive the transformation of FP&A through automation, business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics.
• Partner with plant leadership teams to identify and execute profitability and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Develop executive-level reporting and performance dashboards.
• Support M&A evaluations, strategic projects and other corporate development initiatives as required.
• Mentor and develop future finance talent within the organization.
