Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking an experienced Lead HR Business Partner in Windsor, CT to align people strategy with performance goals. You will serve as a strategic advisor to site leadership, driving workforce planning, leadership development, and employee relations across a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
5+ years as an HR Business Partner in manufacturing.
Experience in employee relations, talent development and workforce planning.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication; able to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR partnership to site leadership and business goals.
Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning with site leadership.
Drive change leadership and continuous improvement across the organization.
Oversee employee engagement, retention programs, and pulse surveys; translate results into action.
Ensure HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance with regulations and policies.
