Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead aerospace manufacturing and repair operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost performance across product lines.

This role partners with Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Engineering and Customer Solutions to translate demand into executable plans and ensure profitability. A results-oriented leader with strong manufacturing expertise is ideal.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations or related field.
7+ years in aerospace manufacturing or regulated setting.
Proven track record delivering safety, quality and cost results.
Strong scheduling, capacity planning and labor management skills.
Experience using KPIs to drive performance and improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing and repair operations meeting safety and quality requirements.
Own the P&L for assigned product lines and drive margin, cost control, and productivity.
Translate demand into staffing, scheduling and capacity plans.
Drive throughput and on-time delivery to meet production schedules.
Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Commercial teams.
Monitor OTD, schedule attainment, productivity, inventory turns and COPQ.
Identify risks and implement mitigation related to capacity and materials.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
Lead root cause analyses for quality and delivery issues.
Develop leaders and foster accountability and engagement.
