Chromalloy in Windsor, CT seeks an experienced Lead HR Business Partner to advise the Site GM and Leadership Team, driving initiatives that strengthen capability, engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced aerospace setting.

You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, and FAA/DOT compliance, delivering proactive HR solutions across a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years as HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed environment with a high non-exempt population.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
• Experience in employee engagement, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, retention, and leadership development.
• Familiarity with HR systems, analytics, compensation, benefits, payroll, occupational health, security, and talent acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary HR advisor to site leadership on organizational design, talent development, and workforce strategy.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to drive culture transformation and leadership development.
• Implement HR programs with minimal disruption and maximum impact.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and deliver monthly workforce analytics to leadership.
• Lead workforce planning, forecasting, succession, and internal mobility.
• Drive performance management and goal alignment across teams.
• Collaborate on compensation decisions with equity and compliance.
• Maintain skills matrices to align capabilities with operational needs.
• Champion change readiness and continuous improvement.
• Oversee onboarding, stay interviews, engagement initiatives, and retention programs.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and FAA/DOT requirements; partner with payroll and EHS.
• Coordinate talent acquisition for interviews and hourly candidate sourcing; manage contingent workforce.
