Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the Regional HR team in Indianapolis, IN. This hybrid, full-time role supports dually employed physicians and APPs, partnering with IU School of Medicine on employee relations and design issues.

The candidate will coach leaders on documentation and performance, guide change management, and advise on labor and wage compliance in a matrixed environment, reporting to the Director – Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years HR experience.
• Must guide HR regulations (FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA).
• Proficiency in MS Office including Power BI, SharePoint.
• Able to work independently in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Metro academic leaders to drive HR initiatives.
• Coach leaders on documentation and performance.
• Advise on organizational design and change management.
• Guide leaders through labor and wage compliance matters.
• Produce advanced PowerPoint and Excel deliverables for leadership.
