Job summary

Boulder County is seeking two Human Resources Business Partners - Employee Relations to support offices and departments. This journey-level role reports to the Employee Relations Manager and performs complex HR duties with independent judgment.

Responsibilities include coaching, policy interpretation, investigations, performance management, and data analysis to drive improvements. The position offers a hybrid schedule with some in-office days and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 (six) years of combined education and experience in human resources or related field.
• 2 years of human resources employee relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, conflict management guidance, disciplinary recommendations and policy interpretation.
• Educate employees on HR policies and procedures; guidance on performance management and development.
• Review and ensure accuracy of disciplinary documents and collaborate with County Attorney's Office as needed.
• Monitor workplace culture and promote inclusive environments; facilitate training on performance management.
• Collect and analyze data on employee relations issues to identify trends and drive improvements.
