You will advise executives, optimize programs, and drive total rewards, compliance, and workforce capability while fostering a culture of integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or business partner role.
• Strong knowledge of employment and HR best practices.
• Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs (FMLA, COBRA, ADA).
• Ability to build relationships and influence leaders at all levels.
• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, benefits administration, and payroll.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with HRIS (UKG Ready) and MS Office.

• Advise leaders and employees, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Partner with teams to solve problems, improve processes, and enhance employee experience.
• Coach leaders through complex employee relations issues.
• Lead recruitment strategy to attract high-impact talent.
• Assist employees with benefits and leave options.
• Administer and improve total rewards programs and ensure compliance.
• Drive initiatives to improve culture, engagement, and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate changes.
• Proactively contribute beyond immediate responsibilities as a team player.
