Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM) preferred.
• Must be flexible and willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach leadership on employee relations and performance topics.
• Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Monitor headcount gaps & partner with leadership to determine solutions.
• Advise on performance management matters and evaluations.
• Interpret company policies, practices, and procedures.
